Stitch is a Dutch Shepherd/Belgian Malinois mix serving with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office as a K9 specialist in apprehension and narcotics detection. He embodies his name just like the Disney character — his handler had to earn his respect and trust, and together they developed a partnership as strong as the handler’s first K9. Off duty, Stitch enjoys running around in the backyard or simply lounging, savoring the simple pleasures of being a dog after a long day of dedicated service.
