Meet K9 Loki, a Dutch Shepherd with the Amador County Sheriff's Office. Loki is a dual-purposed working police dog, certified in narcotics detection and patrol functions such as searching and apprehension. He is very well mannered but also mischievous—curious by nature and prone to investigating and getting into anything he can. Off duty, K9 Loki enjoys spending time with his boys outdoors, running the property, and hanging out with the horses. He demonstrates his certification-backed training alongside a playful curiosity that is evident both on duty and at home.
