K-9 Lando is a Belgian Malinois with the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office. He will be a dual-purpose K-9, trained and certified in apprehension and narcotics. Lando is a strong, highly motivated partner with a pronounced desire to work, bringing focus and energy to his duties. While on duty K-9 Lando would greatly benefit from wearing and being protected with a vest, to make sure he comes home safely to his family. Off duty he is relaxed and family-oriented: he enjoys playing with his ball and hanging out with his family, showing he can transition comfortably between demanding work and calm home life.
