Thor is an all-black German Shepherd assigned as a dual purpose K9 with the Monett Police Department. He is easily recognized by the distinctive notch cut from his left ear. Thor brings a steady, professional presence to his work. Off duty he is playful and affectionate, enjoying games of fetch in the yard and receiving lots of pets from people. Thor’s striking all-black coat and the notch in his left ear make him a distinctive figure both on and off duty.
