Loki is a German Shepherd serving as a patrol K9 with the Dearborn Heights Police Department. Certified through NAPCH, he works patrol duties including narcotics detection, tracking, and apprehension. A new K9 team, Loki has already made a difference and is a perfect blend of goofy behavior and seriousness when there’s a job to do. Off duty he enjoys leisurely walks, his kong bone, and napping. Loki’s combination of a warm, playful off-duty personality and focused on-duty performance makes him a valued member of the department.
