"On November 20th, Austin County Sheriff’s Office Deputy Buitron and his K9, “Knox,” stopped a tractor-trailer traveling eastbound on Interstate 10 in Austin County. During the stop, Deputy Buitron deployed ACSO K9 “Knox,” who alerted to the trailer portion of the vehicle.
A subsequent search of the trailer resulted in the seizure of approximately 200 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, which was discovered hidden within the legitimate load the driver was hauling. At this time, the investigation is ongoing."
