K9-KC is a 3-year-old dual-purpose German Shepherd trained in both Patrol and Explosives Detection. KC currently works throughout New York City, covering Grand Central Terminal, Grand Central Madison, and Penn Station.
KC has a true passion for his work and is always ready for the next task. Whether he’s working inside a busy train station, traveling on the road, or at home keeping a watchful eye on potential wildlife, KC is constantly alert and eager to work.
When he’s off duty, KC enjoys spending time with his family and, of course, playing fetch with his favorite toys. While he takes his job seriously, KC is also a loyal, energetic, and loving companion who is always happiest when he’s by his handler’s side.
