K9 Joker is very high drive. K9 Joker and I work a four-day on duty / four-day off duty rotation. K9 Joker runs off-lead at the house where he has plenty of room to play. K9 Joker's favorite play toys are a Kong or PVC pipe for retrieval. K9 Joker always has his mind on working, whether on or off duty. K9 Joker loves to train, so sometimes I'll lay a few tracks in our free time off-duty. Other times I will run around the yard and hide and K9 Joker will find me.K9 Joker was certified in narcotics detection, apprehension, and tracking in March 2025. K9 Joker and I received this certification in handler school at Southern Police Canine Inc. in Nasheville, NC.
