Hero is a Belgian Malinois with the Marion Police Department who serves as a dual-purpose patrol and narcotics K9. He’s a very sweet boy who works hard but also naps harder. When he’s off duty he enjoys sleeping, playing ball, and getting all the pets from anyone who will give them. Hero balances patrol and narcotics duties with plenty of rest and play, and his off-duty routine of sleeping, ball, and seeking pets is part of his everyday life with the Marion Police Department.
