Harkon is from Germany and has been working for the city of Oakley since 2021. Harkon is very toy driven and enjoys shedding all year. Harkon enjoys watching TV and belly rubs. Harkon specializes in apprehension, article searching, tracking and trailing. Harkon is a dedicated employee who loves protecting the citizens of Oakley.Harkon has had over 40 give ups and/or arrests during his time in Oakley. Harkon has performed over 60 demonstrations to educate the public of his abilities. Harkon has located several subjects during his 4 plus years by way of Trailing or Tracking them to their location.

Harkon is the first canine to be a part of the US Marshal Task Force in northern California.
