Daz is a 5-year-old Shepard with the Lawton Public Schools Police Department in Lawton, Oklahoma. She is an explosive/weapons K-9 who has cleared many buildings for the schools and local businesses and has assisted local police in searching for weapons. On duty her favorite toy is a Kong; off duty she always carries an orange ball. Daz serves as an ambassador to the children in our schools, loves everyone, and has no official awards.
