PSD "Cas" is dedicated to serving the community of Pulaski, WI, in his role as a dual purpose police canine. In his off time Cas enjoys relaxing at home with his handler and family, however the cold, snow filled environment has been an environmental shock to him. Cas was recently procured through Torchlight K9 and is working daily to be an accomplished and successful dual purpose police K9.CLEET National Narcotics Detection Certification, through the Oklahoma Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training.
