K9 Hart has been with the police department for a total of 1 year. He is a duel purpose K9 (narcotic and apprehension). In his short time being with Magnolia PD, K9 Hart spent the first 3 months of his employment going through a rigorous handler course, and in the remaining 9 months- has contributed to 30 deployments resulting in 15 narcotic seizures and 10 total arrests. In his off time, Hart will furiously chew on his Kong and play with his “brother” (a 2yr old pitbull). When he’s not flinging the Kong around the house or tormenting his brother, he tries to manipulate the tiny human of the house to give him snacks. Hart is an extremely affectionate dog when he’s off of work, but the minute his patrol harness slips over his head, he’s chomping at the bit to get it done.
