Bear is a high drive 2-year-old German Shepherd from the Livingston Police Department in Texas.  He loves his Kongs and tugs and one of his favorite games is to play fetch with two tugs at the same time. Bear has been on the streets for just over one month and has already been credited with two drug arrests!
